April and Justin are 1980 babies born and raised in Texas and Virginia. Despite the physical distance their lives could not have been any closer. They were living parallel lives experiencing so many of the same things at the exact same time. Their first conversations revealed so many “me too” moments.

Before they met, they each spent a lot of time praying and asking our Lord to bring them a spouse. In May of 2024, those prayers were answered.

April and Justin had a unique day-long first date in Dallas. The day begin with prayer at church in down town Dallas. From there they walked the city and had lunch in up-town. They ended the day with a spectacular view of Dallas atop the iconic Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Fast forward to December 2024, when April and Justin went to Mexico City, Mexico on a pilgrimage. On the final night of the trip and the final night of the year they went to the city square to watch the count down to the New Year. It was there that Justin surprised April and got down on one knee and ask her to marry him.

Justin and April could not be more thrilled for this next chapter of their lives, and bringing together their families. They are so excited to celebrate their true love and ring in the new year with family and friends.
